I have my TV plugged into the HDMI slot on the mono, and use the on-board graphics.
It’s my main screen, and boots to it every time. I have my PC hooked up to my gaming monitor through my GPU. Here’s what I’ve done everyday for the past 2 years, no extra programs needed. Others suggested Displayswitch.exe (windows builtin) and nirsoft multimonitor/controlmymonitor.
there are others that might be of some interest. MultiMonMan specifically helps you see/move windows from other monitors. DualMonitorTools has already been suggested (choco upgrade -y dual-monitor-tools). But it is linked to a bunch of alternatives: Since DisplayFusion has been suggested and it isn't open source and the free version doesn't let you save profiles.
